What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and support daily accounts payable operations and team projects.

  • Design and improve AP processes and workflows using tools like Serrala and SAP.

  • Increase invoice automation and processing speed.

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators such as aging, open items, and discounts.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and shared service centres.

  • Manage technical issues, support requests, and vendor master data.

  • Coordinate SAP system enhancements, testing, and data upkeep.

What you bring

  • Strong expertise in accounts payable and vendor invoice processing.

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.

  • High IT affinity with hands-on experience in SAP and VBA/macros.

  • Skilled in process optimisation and implementing digital solutions.

  • Structured, analytical, and service-oriented communication style.

  • Fluent in German and English.
