Senior Manager Transfer Pricing Location: Frankfurt Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Transfer Pricing to join their finance function. The role focuses on managing complex transfer pricing matters, supporting global operations, and driving strategic tax planning and compliance. This will be part of a build up phase for the international expansion of the organisation.   Key Responsibilities Lead documentation and analysis of restructurings, value chain changes, and transfers of functions or intangibles Serve as the main contact for transfer pricing matters across domestic and international entities Defend transfer pricing models during audits and liaise with tax authorities Prepare and maintain Master and Local Files for global transfer pricing documentation Conduct FAR, DEMPE, and other functional/financial analyses Manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and dispute resolution processes Enhance transfer pricing policies and business models Advise on TP aspects of M&A, reorganisations, and cross-border transactions Your Profile Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or similar. Extensive experience in transfer pricing from a multinational, consultancy, or tax authority Strong knowledge of German and international TP principles and tax law Proficient in MS Office and data analysis Fluent in German and English Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive, independent, and collaborative team player
