What you’ll be doing
You will:
• Take ownership of holistic, value-oriented management of business units, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and performance control.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the accounting team.
• Analyse business results, prepare management reports, and provide recommendations for action.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.
• Enhance existing controlling tools and processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and deliver special finance-related projects in coordination with management.
What you bring
You are a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional ready to grow in a dynamic environment:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling and Finance.
• Initial experience in controlling or financial analysis, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with tools such as SAP Business One or Lucanet.
• Structured, hands-on working style with curiosity and openness to new challenges.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
