Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and business plans.

  • Maintain and enhance reporting systems; conduct investment and profitability analyses.

  • Prepare and assist with budget planning and negotiation processes.

  • Monitor cost and revenue trends; identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements.

  • Advise senior management on financial and business matters.

  • Participate in regional financial projects and provide controlling support to affiliated hospitals and clinics.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration or related field with strong knowledge of healthcare finance, hospital operations, and relevant legal frameworks.

  • Proven experience in controlling and accounting, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting.

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, goal-oriented approach.

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; effective team player.

  • Reliable, flexible, resilient, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.

  • Fluent in English and German.
