Senior Tax Reporting Manager

Senior Tax Reporting Manager Location: Nuremberg Responsible for group-wide tax reporting and compliance, with a focus on Pillar 2 minimum tax, country-by-country reporting, and international tax projects. The role coordinates complex reporting processes across domestic and international entities and supports tax-related financial disclosures and systems. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with minimum tax (Pillar 2) regulations and country-by-country reporting requirements (statutory and public). Manage and coordinate Pillar 2 reporting processes across group entities. Prepare and submit minimum tax returns and reports for the ultimate parent entity and relevant jurisdictions. Support international entities with minimum tax reporting where no local agreements apply. Analyse, prepare, and validate data for Pillar 2 and income tax reporting. Calculate minimum tax liabilities, provisions, and subgroup compensation obligations. Maintain and further develop tax reporting tools, processes, and master data. Oversee tax disclosures in periodic, consolidated, and subgroup financial statements. Prepare statutory and public country-by-country reports. Support consolidation and income tax reporting processes. Contribute to the implementation and operation of a tax compliance management system. Perform system testing and deliver internal training. Participate in tax-related projects and process improvements. Requirements: University degree in tax law, international accounting, finance, or a related field. Up to 5 years of experience in tax reporting, international taxation, or accounting. Tax advisor qualification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and consolidation systems (e.g. SEM-BCS). Fluent German and very good English skills. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style. High level of independence and ownership. Strong numerical, communication, and presentation skills. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
