Risk and ICS Manager Location: Munich, Germany Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and ICS Manager to support and strengthen their internal control system and risk management framework in line with group and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the internal control system (ICS), including operational, compliance, and MaRisk-related controls. Conduct risk assessments (inherent and residual), document control activities, and propose improvements. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support process optimisation. Support risk identification, including ESG risks, and assist in developing risk measurement tools.
