About the Role

Senior Legal Counsel – Individual Labour Law

The Opportunity

If you're used to navigating labour law within a rigid works council structure, this role offers something different: real autonomy to make calls independently, inside a fast-growing, international business with ambitious growth plans.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, hybrid with two days a week on-site. You'll step into a hands-on role with genuine ownership of individual labour law matters, acting as the go-to legal voice for HR rather than one of several sign-offs in a long chain.

The Role

  • Focus exclusively on individual labour law across the business
  • Advise HR directly on day-to-day employment matters, including working time compliance and general labour law questions
  • Review and update HR policies to keep pace with employment legislation
  • Act as a trusted, pragmatic sparring partner to HR, translating legal risk into guidance the business can actually act on

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, international business with a strong market position and ambitious growth plans. Its legal function is lean and high-performing, which means less bureaucracy and more direct influence for the people in it.

Without a works council in place, decisions move faster, and so does your impact. You'll be trusted to operate independently and make pragmatic calls, not wait for consensus.

What You'll Need

  • 5 to 10 years' PQE in labour and employment law, ideally with solid in-house experience
  • First State Exam (Erstes Staatsexamen) or a Master of Laws
  • Comfortable operating without a works council structure, making decisions independently
  • Strong communicator, able to translate legal risk into practical guidance for HR and the wider business

Product Lead - HCP Platform

HCP Portal Product Manager / Product Owner (Pharma), 12 Months The Opportunity If you've spent years advising on digital health strategy but never actually got to ship the thing, this is the other side of that job. A global healthcare and nutrition business is building a new digital portal for healthcare professionals from the ground up, and needs one person to own it end to end. Not steer it. Not advise on it. Ship it. You'll take the product from concept to a live MVP in 6 months, on a 12 month contract, directing the teams around you rather than waiting for direction yourself. The Role Own the HCP portal end to end: define MVP scope, build the roadmap, run the backlog Map priority use cases for doctors, nurses and clinical specialists across education, patient support and services Direct a cross-functional team spanning Martech, IT and vendors, Marketing, and Medical/Regulatory to hit a 6 month delivery window Navigate MLR compliance as a constant thread through every decision, not a final checkpoint Launch the portal, lead go-to-market activation, and monitor adoption and engagement Shape the roadmap for scaling into a multi-market omnichannel platform The Company Our client is a global business operating across nutrition and healthcare, with the scale and infrastructure of an established player and the appetite of a business genuinely investing in digital transformation. This portal is a live, funded priority, not a slide deck. You'll have real budget, real stakeholder access, and a mandate to move fast. What You'll Need A track record of delivering HCP portals or HCP engagement platforms in pharma or healthcare End-to-end digital product launch experience, not advisory-only Solid grounding in CRM-driven engagement (Salesforce or similar) and omnichannel digital journeys Familiarity with pharma regulatory constraints, particularly MLR Comfort driving delivery in ambiguous, cross-functional environments without waiting to be told what's next How to Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. Send what you have, or give us a call to talk it through first.
