Richard Brady is the Director of Contracts – Technology at MAM Gruppe, where he is responsible for building and scaling the firm’s Technology contract division to support businesses across Germany.

With more than 20 years of experience in contract recruitment and team build-outs, Richard brings a deep understanding of what both hiring managers and contractors value most: speed, quality, and a partnership-led approach that removes friction from the hiring process.

MAM Gruppe has been active in the German market for over 15 years, supported by a team of recruiters who have placed professionals into more than 350 companies, ranging from DAX-40 organisations to high-growth SMEs. We have built a strong reputation across Technology disciplines including Data & AI, Cybersecurity, SAP, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Richard is now focused on developing the contract offering to mirror our proven success in permanent recruitment, providing clients with a truly end-to-end Technology hiring solution.

His role centres on scaling MAM Gruppe’s contract capability to meet increasing demand for flexible, high-quality Technology talent in Germany. Richard supports both Freelance (Freiberufler) and AÜG (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) employment models, enabling businesses and contractors to engage in the way that best suits their needs.

Whether supporting large-scale SAP migrations, cybersecurity programmes, cloud transformations, or specialist project teams, Richard works closely with clients to deliver expertise efficiently, without the usual bottlenecks associated with contract hiring.

He partners with organisations seeking Technology contractors across Germany, as well as contractors looking for their next assignment, offering a pragmatic, transparent, and results-driven approach.
