Key Responsibilities: Support the further development and monitoring of the company-wide compliance management system. Advise business units and management on compliance-related matters. Manage whistleblowing and internal compliance reporting processes. Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits and internal investigations. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and governance frameworks. Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives. Prepare internal reporting and compliance-related documentation.
