Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to advise on a wide range of corporate legal matters with a focus on governance, cross-border operations, and strategic legal support.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping governance frameworks and providing expert legal advice across the organisation’s international entities. Working closely with global teams, you will help manage legal risks and support business objectives in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement governance structures and legal processes across international entities.

  • Provide legal guidance on diverse corporate and operational issues.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and governance documentation.

  • Collaborate with global colleagues to align legal practices and mitigate cross-border risks.

  • Support legal training and knowledge sharing initiatives.

  • Prepare materials for key meetings and assist with related documentation.

  • Contribute to legal projects and special initiatives as needed.

Your Profile

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Strong expertise in corporate law and governance; knowledge of employment, tax, or regulatory law is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
