Senior Compliance Officer
Location: Mannheim

Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support the development and implementation of its group-wide compliance framework. This role offers broad exposure to compliance governance, regulatory advisory and risk management topics within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the further development and monitoring of the company-wide compliance management system.
  • Advise business units and management on compliance-related matters.
  • Manage whistleblowing and internal compliance reporting processes.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits and internal investigations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
  • Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare internal reporting and compliance-related documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of relevant measures.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of professional experience within compliance or regulatory functions.
  • Experience working within international or complex corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance management systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance, whistleblowing and anti-corruption topics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
