Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Stuttgart, Germany

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specialising in employment law to provide expert advice on labour law matters within a dynamic corporate environment. You will support strategic business initiatives such as restructurings and transactions, lead negotiations with employee representatives, and contribute to the development of global HR and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment law aspects of restructurings, transactions, and other strategic business activities.
  • Develop and negotiate agreements with employee representatives and works councils.
  • Support the advancement of strategic human resources policies and processes.
  • Counsel management on labour law and personnel matters at both national and international levels.
  • Drive compliance initiatives, including corporate social responsibility and protection of work-related human rights, on a global scale.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with specialisation in labour law and strong academic credentials.
  • Several years of experience in collective labour law, ideally gained in corporate, law firm, or association settings.
  • Proven negotiation skills and assertiveness, including experience in international environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal and business considerations.
  • Confident communicator with excellent analytical, structured, and adaptable working style.
  • Ability to remain composed and responsible under pressure.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Manager – Labour Law DACH Location: Frankfurt A role that inspires you Step into a pivotal role in shaping labour law strategy across the DACH region. As Manager Labour Law, you will partner with HR teams to ensure compliance, guide transformation initiatives, and manage employee relations with a strategic, hands-on approach.
