In this role, you will act as a key interface between the business, senior leadership, and the capital markets, translating complex financial performance into clear, compelling messaging for investors and analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of quarterly reporting materials, including earnings presentations, reports, and external communications.
- Analyse financial and operational data to support transparent and consistent investor messaging.
- Develop valuation analyses and benchmark company performance against market peers.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key market participants.
- Monitor market developments, analyst reports, and investor sentiment, providing insights to senior management.
- Organise and manage investor-facing events such as roadshows, conferences, and capital markets days.
- Support initiatives to enhance investor relations processes and communication strategies.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, MBA) are advantageous.
- Around 5+ years’ experience in investor relations, investment banking, consulting, or a listed corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and tools such as Excel and Bloomberg.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, investors, and analysts.
- Fluent German and English skills.
