You will support regional leadership and business units on contractual, risk-related, and operational legal matters, contributing to efficient processes and legally sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate national and international commercial agreements.
  • Assess legal and contractual risks and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations.
  • Develop and standardise contract templates and oversee internal review workflows.
  • Support claims handling and insurance-related matters.
  • Advise regional management on day-to-day legal topics across the DACH region.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal legal training sessions.
  • Maintain legal documentation systems and contract databases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal legal processes and structures.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with completed German State Examinations.
  • Several years’ professional experience in an international corporate or comparable environment.
  • Strong expertise in German civil and commercial law, with exposure to cross-border matters.
  • Knowledge of procurement law is beneficial.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-driven working style.
