Senior Legal Counsel IT / Procurement  The Opportunity If you're advising clients on IT contracts and public tenders from outside the business, what changes when you're advising from the inside? You'll join a corporate legal department as legal business partner for complex IT projects, public tenders, and commercial law matters. It's a high-visibility, in-house role with close involvement in strategic decisions, and you'll act as the central point of contact for senior management and specialist departments across the group. Business Lawyer The Opportunity Most in-house legal roles leave you siloed. You handle a narrow remit, escalate the complex stuff, and rarely see a deal through from start to finish. This one is different. You will be joining a small global legal team based in Frankfurt, which means you get genuine breadth: corporate law, contracts, compliance, M&A support, and insurance coordination, across a business operating across multiple continents. You will be visible, trusted, and given real responsibility from day one. The Role Working closely with the General Counsel, you will cover a wide range of legal and compliance activity, including: Preparing corporate resolutions and managing compliance obligations for group companies in Germany and internationally. Reviewing confidentiality agreements and contributing to contracts, templates, and policies. Organising and following up notary appointments, director and supervisory board meetings. Owning the contract management system: deadline monitoring, renewals, terminations, and filing. Supporting compliance management and investigations. Coordinating external providers in the insurance space, with scope to develop this area further. Contributing to cross-functional projects, including M&A activity and corporate reorganisations. The role is 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility for the remainder. Claims Counsel Location: Munich Our client is seeking a Claims Counsel to support its legal and claims function in Munich. This role offers exposure to cross-border claims handling, traffic law and international legal coordination within a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities: Advise internal teams on the enforcement of claims related to vehicle damages and liability matters. Support the defence against unjustified third-party claims. Coordinate international claims handling with legal teams across multiple jurisdictions. Manage relationships with external law firms and collection agencies. Analyse and improve claims handling and legal enforcement processes. Support the development of legally compliant and efficient claims strategies. Your Profile: Fully qualified lawyer with relevant professional experience in traffic, insurance or claims law. Experience within motor vehicle claims settlement and dispute resolution. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Structured and commercially focused working style.
