Senior Finance Business Partner

An international organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the commercial management of complex projects and programmes. This role offers broad exposure to financial planning, project controlling and strategic business partnering within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial management of complex national and international projects.
  • Act as the key finance contact for project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project controlling activities including forecasting, cost analysis and risk management.
  • Support bid calculations, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee invoicing, receivables management and financial compliance activities.
  • Contribute to operational planning, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements including HGB and IFRS.
  • Support the development of financial strategies and business plans.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Extensive experience within project controlling, commercial project management or finance business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of financial and commercial processes within complex project environments.
  • Knowledge of contract law and commercial management topics.
  • Strong SAP and Excel skills.
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
