We are supporting a global market-leading organization in the search for an Senior In-house AI Strategy Consultant to drive AI vision, strategy, and transformation across the business. The role is based in Munich. YOUR ROLE: Shape and execute the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap. Act as the strategic bridge between business leadership and advanced AI capabilities. Identify high-impact AI opportunities and turn them into actionable, scalable solutions. Ensure AI initiatives align with long-term business goals while promoting responsible and efficient adoption. Support capability building and AI literacy across teams.   YOUR PROFILE: A strong academic background with advanced studies in a technical or analytical discipline, such as computing, engineering, or mathematics. Additional exposure to business, strategy, or consulting is highly beneficial. Solid expertise in next-generation AI technologies, including large language models, natural language processing, and modern machine-learning approaches, paired with the ability to evaluate their strategic relevance. A proven track record in roles connected to AI, data, or technology strategy — ideally with experience in environments where strategic thinking, transformation, or advisory work plays a central role. The ability to think holistically and analytically, connecting emerging technologies to tangible organizational outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with confidence when engaging senior leaders and explaining advanced concepts in an accessible way.

A global market leader is expanding its Data & AI organisation and looking for a Data & AI Solution Architect to help shape the next generation of cloud-native, analytics-driven solutions across a complex international environment. This role sits in a central team responsible for turning business ambitions into scalable, secure, and value-creating data and AI products used across multiple business domains. You will collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, data science, and product teams to translate ideas into working solutions that can operate at enterprise scale. What You’ll Do In this position, you’ll be the technical backbone for data and AI initiatives, ensuring that architecture, security, and delivery standards are met while enabling speed and innovation. Your role: • Design end-to-end data and AI architectures based on modern cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes, etc.) • Build reliable, secure, and high-performing data platforms and analytical environments • Guide teams on cloud governance, data privacy, and compliance topics • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution options and delivery approaches • Bring technical leadership to initiatives involving machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI • Work with operations teams to optimise stability, performance, and service quality • Act as a senior escalation point for technically complex or cross-team challenges What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines architectural depth with hands-on experience and an ability to navigate a large, interconnected organisation. You should have: • A degree in Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, or similar • 5+ years of experience designing data-centric or AI-enabled architectures • Strong understanding of machine learning practices, modern analytics, and emerging AI capabilities • Extensive knowledge of Azure PaaS services (AKS, ADF, Event Hub, Data Lake, ML, Databricks, Cosmos DB, etc.) • Experience with enterprise networking, identity, and security in the cloud • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Azure DevOps Pipelines, PowerShell) • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for simplifying complex technical topics • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders • Business-level fluency in English
