Programme Support & Governance Expert 
Location: Munich

Join a dynamic international environment as Programme Support & Governance Expert, supporting complex initiatives through effective coordination, governance, and reporting. In this role, you will help ensure structured programme execution and high-quality stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reporting cycles with project managers and consolidate programme-level updates.

  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and open actions across the programme.

  • Review and quality-check reports, presentations, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.

  • Maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting structures.

  • Support teams in aligning with governance requirements and follow up on open topics.

  • Assist with procurement and tender-related coordination activities.

  • Maintain programme tools and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Support automation and optimisation of reporting and dashboard processes.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or programme governance roles.

  • Strong understanding of reporting processes, stakeholder coordination, and programme structures.

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations independently.

  • Fluent German and English skills.

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA are beneficial.
