About the Role
Programme Support & Governance Expert
Location: Munich
Join a dynamic international environment as Programme Support & Governance Expert, supporting complex initiatives through effective coordination, governance, and reporting. In this role, you will help ensure structured programme execution and high-quality stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate reporting cycles with project managers and consolidate programme-level updates.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and open actions across the programme.

Review and quality-check reports, presentations, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.

Maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting structures.

Support teams in aligning with governance requirements and follow up on open topics.

Assist with procurement and tender-related coordination activities.

Maintain programme tools and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence.

Support automation and optimisation of reporting and dashboard processes.
Your Profile:

Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or programme governance roles.

Strong understanding of reporting processes, stakeholder coordination, and programme structures.

Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organisational skills.

Ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations independently.

Fluent German and English skills.
-
Experience with project management and collaboration tools; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA are beneficial.
