An international company is looking for a Compliance & AML Manager to support its compliance and regulatory function within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. This role offers broad responsibility across compliance, anti-money laundering and regulatory governance topics, with the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise internal stakeholders on compliance and anti-money laundering matters.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance and AML policies and procedures.
  • Conduct KYC and sanctions screening processes for customers and business partners.
  • Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives within compliance operations.
  • Support regulatory reporting, audits and communication with authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on governance-related topics.
  • Deliver internal compliance and AML training initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Law, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Several years of experience within compliance, AML or legal functions in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and financial governance frameworks.
  • Experience with KYC, sanctions screening and compliance processes.
  • Analytical and structured working style with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills.

This role sits within a broader risk management function and covers both pre-award and contract execution phases across projects and service agreements.   Key Responsibilities:   Assessing and mitigating technical and commercial risks on projects and contracts exceeding defined thresholds, across bid and execution phases.
