This isn’t about maintaining spreadsheets. It’s about understanding the heartbeat of a business that’s redefining healthcare across Europe — and learning from the best while doing it.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work side by side with the management and finance teams, combining analytical thinking with hands-on initiative.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and management summaries with clarity and precision.
• Support annual planning, forecasts, and mid-term projections across multiple business units.
• Help refine controlling tools and develop new KPIs that measure what truly matters.
• Contribute ideas to optimise financial processes and take part in exciting, cross-functional projects.

Your work will provide the foundation for data-driven growth decisions that reach across borders and brands.

What you bring

You’re ambitious, curious, and comfortable diving deep into detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
• First practical experience in Controlling or Finance through internships or working-student roles.
• Strong Excel skills and an affinity for tools such as SAP Business One, Lucanet, or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and a collaborative attitude.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).

You bring the numbers to life — and you’re ready to grow fast.

What’s on offer

• A dynamic, international environment with short decision paths and real responsibility from day one.
• Continuous development through tailored learning opportunities and exposure to senior management.
• The chance to shape the future of healthcare by contributing to meaningful, life-changing work.
• Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a culture built on curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
