What you bring You’re ambitious, curious, and comfortable diving deep into detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling. • First practical experience in Controlling or Finance through internships or working-student roles. • Strong Excel skills and an affinity for tools such as SAP Business One, Lucanet, or Tableau. • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and a collaborative attitude. • Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher). Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Collaborate with senior leadership to create financial models that support strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for top management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end financial management of business units, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis. Coordinate annual corporate planning, interim forecasts, and medium-term financial planning. Enhance existing controlling tools and financial processes for greater efficiency. Lead finance-related strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership. Your Profile: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on controlling and finance. Several years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
