Take full ownership of employment legal matters for a leading organisation in Germany. As a senior labour law expert, you’ll provide authoritative advice, influence strategic decisions, and lead complex employee relations — all as a high-impact individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Labour Law function in Germany, acting as the primary legal expert on all employment matters.

Advise senior leadership and HR on contracts, compliance, employee relations, and dispute resolution.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and works council agreements.

Manage external counsel and oversee litigation and regulatory issues.

Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical business strategies.

Represent the company in dealings with works councils, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Your Profile

Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen) with 7–10+ years’ experience.

Deep expertise in German labour and employment law, including works councils.

Experience in-house or at a top-tier law firm preferred.

Pragmatic, business-savvy, and confident working independently.

Fluent in German and English.
