We are seeking a highly motivated Director Controlling & FP&A to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across a fast-growing, international healthcare group. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while optimising financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create financial models that support strategic initiatives.

  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for top management.

  • Oversee group-wide forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to enable informed decision-making.

  • Implement best practices to enhance financial processes and systems.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in a senior finance role, ideally within FP&A.

  • Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis & forecasting.

  • Proven leadership skills in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex financial data.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate strategy.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.

  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
