Product Lead - HCP Platform

HCP Portal Product Manager / Product Owner (Pharma), 12 Months The Opportunity If you've spent years advising on digital health strategy but never actually got to ship the thing, this is the other side of that job. A global healthcare and nutrition business is building a new digital portal for healthcare professionals from the ground up, and needs one person to own it end to end. Not steer it. Not advise on it. Ship it. You'll take the product from concept to a live MVP in 6 months, on a 12 month contract, directing the teams around you rather than waiting for direction yourself. The Role Own the HCP portal end to end: define MVP scope, build the roadmap, run the backlog Map priority use cases for doctors, nurses and clinical specialists across education, patient support and services Direct a cross-functional team spanning Martech, IT and vendors, Marketing, and Medical/Regulatory to hit a 6 month delivery window Navigate MLR compliance as a constant thread through every decision, not a final checkpoint Launch the portal, lead go-to-market activation, and monitor adoption and engagement Shape the roadmap for scaling into a multi-market omnichannel platform The Company Our client is a global business operating across nutrition and healthcare, with the scale and infrastructure of an established player and the appetite of a business genuinely investing in digital transformation. This portal is a live, funded priority, not a slide deck. You'll have real budget, real stakeholder access, and a mandate to move fast. What You'll Need A track record of delivering HCP portals or HCP engagement platforms in pharma or healthcare End-to-end digital product launch experience, not advisory-only Solid grounding in CRM-driven engagement (Salesforce or similar) and omnichannel digital journeys Familiarity with pharma regulatory constraints, particularly MLR Comfort driving delivery in ambiguous, cross-functional environments without waiting to be told what's next How to Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. Send what you have, or give us a call to talk it through first.

Senior Legal Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel The Opportunity If you're a Volljurist looking for a role that goes beyond contract review, this is worth a closer look. You'll sit at the centre of a business built on commercial dealmaking, advising on the deals that shape how the company grows, rather than just checking the paperwork behind them. You'll work directly with commercial and business teams across the group, so your advice has visible, immediate impact rather than sitting in a legal silo. Our client is a well-established, fast-growing international business operating in the B2B payments space, working with customers across dozens of European markets. It's a commercially driven environment where digital products sit at the heart of the offering, giving you the chance to work on technology-led legal questions alongside traditional contract law. The Role Act as trusted legal advisor to group companies and business units across the commercial organisation. Support teams on product distribution, including software, and negotiate large-scale customer contracts. Review and negotiate procurement contracts. Develop legal frameworks for new business opportunities. Advise on special projects with group-wide impact. Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. What You'll Need Both German state law examinations (Volljurist). 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial, sales or procurement law. Team Leader Software Development

Teamlead Software Development | Remote, Germany Tired of team lead roles where "people leadership" quietly turns into admin work and zero time in the codebase? This one is built differently. You'll lead a team of engineers, sit as an equal alongside the existing team leads, and still spend roughly half your week hands-on with architecture and code. You'll be joining a profitable, fast-growing technology group at a real inflection point. As the organisation scales, this role has been created specifically to bring stronger structure and people leadership into engineering, with clear room to grow as the company expands further. Play an active role in interviews, onboarding and the ongoing development of new engineers. Stay close to the codebase for roughly half your time, contributing to architecture reviews and the modernisation of legacy systems. Operate as a peer to existing team leads, leading through clarity and technical credibility rather than hierarchy. What You'll Need Several years of experience as a team lead with direct, disciplinary responsibility for multiple engineers. A strong software engineering background and a genuine wish to remain technically hands-on alongside people leadership. Experience operating within a matrix organisation, with separate product and people leadership lines. A structured, empathetic approach to feedback, performance conversations and career development.
