Teamlead Software Development | Remote, Germany Tired of team lead roles where "people leadership" quietly turns into admin work and zero time in the codebase? This one is built differently. You'll lead a team of engineers, sit as an equal alongside the existing team leads, and still spend roughly half your week hands-on with architecture and code. Team Lead OT Security The Opportunity If you're currently doing OT security work inside someone else's framework, this is a chance to build your own. This is a newly created leadership role, giving you ownership of the OT cybersecurity strategy and NIS2 compliance programme for a growing portfolio of critical infrastructure assets across Europe. You'll set the direction, not just execute someone else's.
