SAP FICO Consultant

SAP FICO Consultant The Opportunity If you've built SAP FICO templates before and want to shape one from the ground up, this freelance contract is worth a look. You'll join a global manufacturing group as they run their first S/4HANA rollout, working on a standard, template-driven build with real influence over how it's structured. Start: September. Initial term: 12 months, with strong scope for extension. Capacity: 100%, hybrid. The Role You'll take ownership of core FI and CO configuration: General ledger setup, business partner configuration, and accounts payable and receivable Cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, and internal orders Group accounting and consolidation across a multi-entity, multi-currency structure SAP workflow design for approval routing and notifications within finance processes You'll also work closely with the SD workstream to support Order to Cash from a finance data perspective, and help shape the FICO template itself: chart of accounts, reporting hierarchies, and integration points across the group. Because this is a first S/4 rollout for the in-house team, you'll be relied on to transfer knowledge as you go, not just deliver and move on. The Company Our client is a global manufacturing business running its first S/4HANA implementation across a multi-entity, multi-currency structure. The template you help build now will shape how finance operates across the group going forward. What You'll Need 10+ years of SAP FICO experience S/4HANA experience Comfortable working within a standard, template-driven implementation rather than a heavily customised environment Fluent in English and German How to Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. IT Outsource Project Manager

IT Outsourcing Transition Project Manager  The Opportunity If you're used to walking into a project that's already moving, and getting stuck in without a lengthy handover, this one's worth a look. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a people-leadership position. You'll be the person who actually gets a complex, multi-stakeholder IT outsourcing transition over the line, working directly with the IT Director rather than through layers of management. You'll pick up a live, in-flight program: a full IT End User Support transition to an external provider, spanning a DACH-wide organisation. There's a substantial technical backlog to work through, and a separate change management workstream running in parallel, with you as the technical execution counterpart. The Role Lead end-to-end delivery of the IT End User Support outsourcing transition Coordinate closely with global and regional stakeholders across a multi-layered program structure Manage knowledge transfer to the incoming external provider, working through a substantial backlog of technical topics Act as the technical execution counterpart to a parallel change management workstream Report directly to the IT Director The Company Our client is a global FMCG business with a well-established presence across the DACH region. They're partway through outsourcing their IT End User Support function, and need someone who can pick up the reins mid-flight and keep things moving without missing a beat. What You'll Need A strong track record leading IT outsourcing or service transition projects and programs Enough technical fluency to engage directly with infrastructure and end user support topics, not just manage a plan from a distance Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to probe for context and find clarity where requirements aren't handed to you cleanly Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving, and organisationally complex environments Fluent German and English A background outside telco, financial services, or automotive. This client wants adaptability from a different sector This is a freelance, interim engagement on an exclusive search, six months initially, starting as soon as possible. How To Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. Send what you have, or just give us a call.
