HCP Portal Product Manager / Product Owner (Pharma), 12 Months The Opportunity If you've spent years advising on digital health strategy but never actually got to ship the thing, this is the other side of that job. A global healthcare and nutrition business is building a new digital portal for healthcare professionals from the ground up, and needs one person to own it end to end. Not steer it. Not advise on it. Ship it. You'll take the product from concept to a live MVP in 6 months, on a 12 month contract, directing the teams around you rather than waiting for direction yourself. The Role Own the HCP portal end to end: define MVP scope, build the roadmap, run the backlog Map priority use cases for doctors, nurses and clinical specialists across education, patient support and services Direct a cross-functional team spanning Martech, IT and vendors, Marketing, and Medical/Regulatory to hit a 6 month delivery window Navigate MLR compliance as a constant thread through every decision, not a final checkpoint Launch the portal, lead go-to-market activation, and monitor adoption and engagement Shape the roadmap for scaling into a multi-market omnichannel platform The Company Our client is a global business operating across nutrition and healthcare, with the scale and infrastructure of an established player and the appetite of a business genuinely investing in digital transformation. This portal is a live, funded priority, not a slide deck. You'll have real budget, real stakeholder access, and a mandate to move fast. DevOps Engineer, IAM and Kubernetes The Opportunity IAM work can get narrow fast. You configure Keycloak, you manage AD, you handle OAuth flows - and then you're stuck doing the same things on repeat in an environment that never really changes. This contract is different. You'll be working across IAM and container orchestration in one of Germany's largest federal IT environments - a complex, long-running programme where the infrastructure challenge is genuinely substantial. The project is secured for 3+ years. The initial contract runs up to 12 months within a framework agreement. Fully remote, within Germany. The Role You'll be working across the full DevOps stack, with IAM and Kubernetes at the core: Design, implementation and operation of IAM solutions in a complex enterprise environment Container orchestration and management using Kubernetes or OpenShift Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible Monitoring and observability via Prometheus, Grafana and ELK/OpenSearch Creating and maintaining technical documentation Workload is 3 to 5 days per week. The Environment This is a large-scale federal government IT programme - structured, security-sensitive, and built for the long term. A clean background check and SÜ2 security clearance are required, along with C1 German, EU/NATO residency for the past 5 years, and remote work from within Germany only. If you've delivered in regulated or public sector environments before, the setup will feel familiar. You won't be handed a design and asked to execute it. You'll be the person making the calls. The Role You'll be responsible for translating complex SCM business processes into scalable, clean-core architecture. In practice, that means: End-to-end solution architecture across SAP Private Cloud environments Owning HLD, SDD and TDD documentation Designing integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns Setting and enforcing clean-core governance and development standards across Engineering An active seat on the Architecture Board, with real input on quality, performance and governance decisions This is a product environment, not a consulting model. The work you do here has a longer shelf life. The Company A mature, Hamburg-based SAP software house with a well-established product portfolio built entirely on S/4HANA Private Cloud. The focus is on supply chain, and the engineering culture is serious about clean-core principles and sustainable architecture.
