About the Role

Senior SAP Consultant

The Opportunity

Spent years configuring SAP to someone else's blueprint? Here, you decide what the blueprint should be.

Our client is an established organisation running S/4HANA. Its system has been customised heavily over many years. Some of those custom elements earn their keep. Some don't. Your job is to work out which is which, and make the call on what stays, what gets reworked and what gets retired.

You'll own procurement and order-to-cash as the functional lead for SAP MM and SD. You won't be one voice in a large consulting team, waiting on sign-off from three layers above. You'll be the person the business turns to, and the person external partners take direction from.

For an experienced consultant, it's a rare mix: real authority over a mature system, a blend of support and new development, and the chance to leave behind a cleaner, simpler landscape than the one you inherited.

The Role

  • Act as the go-to functional expert for SAP procurement and sales, covering sourcing, purchasing, inventory, invoicing and billing
  • Balance live support, change requests and new configuration work across the full development lifecycle
  • Make sure MM and SD connect cleanly with finance, including payables, receivables and logistics
  • Write functional and technical specifications for custom development, and oversee the build and upkeep of reports, interfaces and enhancements
  • Direct external support partners and review their work against agreed design standards
  • Work with business users, colleagues across functions and suppliers to understand how processes run today, then deliver practical improvements

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years working with SAP MM and SD in a senior functional role
  • Hands-on configuration experience across master data, purchasing, inventory, order management, pricing, delivery and billing
  • A clear understanding of how logistics integrates with finance, especially billing, payables and revenue
  • Experience integrating SAP with external systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting EDI and IDoc interfaces

Sales Operations & Performance Manager

Sales Operations & Performance Manager The Opportunity If you've spent years fine-tuning someone else's incentive plan, this is your chance to decide what the next one looks like. The brief is clear. Review the current sales reward model across European markets, keep what works, fix what doesn't, and build new where it's needed. You won't be administering schemes. You'll be designing them, and proving whether they work. You'll sit where sales leadership, finance, HR and data meet, which means your work is seen at senior level and your recommendations carry real weight. The Role You'll start with an honest review of the existing model. From there, the shape of the work is yours. Run sessions with senior sales leaders to shape future reward approaches, and make the case for change when the data says so. Rework or replace elements of the current model, including designs built from scratch. Build consistent incentive governance across European markets, with targets and KPIs tied directly to business direction. Tailor plans to different roles, sales channels and countries, so each scheme fits the people it's meant to motivate. Measure whether schemes are actually changing behaviour and results, and adjust them when they aren't. Shape target-tracking reports and dashboards with IT, HR systems and data teams, so sales teams can see exactly where they stand. Bring an outside view of how leading companies approach sales pay, and use it to challenge internal assumptions. This is a role for someone who wants their fingerprints on the plan itself, not just the spreadsheet behind it. What You'll Need 5+ years shaping sales compensation and performance steering, in a sales or commercial excellence function or in consulting. Hands-on experience designing or rebuilding a significant incentive plan. Depth in quota setting, KPI design and variable pay. Confidence using performance data to test whether a scheme is working. Experience leading workshops with senior sales stakeholders, including pushing back when needed. Fluent English. How to Apply Interested?
