About the Role

Senior Manager Corporate Finance
Location: Berlin

Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional for a senior role supporting a significant capital investment programme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on complex, high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate financing structures across both project and group level.
  • Lead the structuring and execution of large-volume structured finance transactions.
  • Drive the preparation and execution of capital market transactions.
  • Track and analyse global capital markets to identify and assess financing opportunities.
  • Conduct investor structure analysis and play an active role in roadshow preparation and delivery.
  • Produce well-reasoned transaction recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree-educated in economics or a related discipline, with substantial experience in corporate finance, treasury, DCM or structured finance from a corporate, bank or advisory background.
  • Strong working knowledge of capital market instruments and financing structures, including structured loans, bonds, export finance and project or trade finance.
  • Proven experience in roadshow preparation and investor engagement.
  • Sharp analytical mind with the ability to structure complex problems and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both German and English to C1 level or above.
