Support commercial activities, including customer and partner contracts. Review, draft, and negotiate external agreements. Contribute to legal structuring for new business ventures. Support strategic cross-functional projects. Manage legal issues independently with accountability. What you bring Fully qualified German lawyer. Experience in commercial, sales, or procurement law (in-house or law firm). Strong commercial understanding and business sense. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
