Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice from transaction planning to documentation.

  • Support compliance and governance throughout deal execution.

  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with stakeholders.

  • Assist in securing regulatory and internal approvals.

  • Manage closing activities and oversee contractual obligations.

  • Develop interim procedures between signing and completion.

  • Liaise with external advisors and manage related budgets.

Your Profile

  • Qualified lawyer with solid M&A or corporate transaction experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Commercially aware and culturally adaptable.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.

  • Collaborative team player comfortable in an international setting.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business with significant autonomy.
