Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a legal contact for group companies and business units, particularly in Sales, Energy, Toll, and Procurement.
  • Review and negotiate procurement contracts, with a focus on IT and digital products.
  • Advise Sales teams on commercial agreements, including large-scale customer contracts and software-related matters.
  • Develop legally sound structuring solutions for new digital products and business models.
  • Support cross-functional and group-wide projects from a legal perspective.
  • Manage legal matters independently with full ownership and accountability.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with both German State Examinations.
  • Professional experience in commercial, procurement, or sales law, either in private practice or in-house.
  • Solid knowledge of IT law and an interest in digital business models.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Confident communicator with negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Business-fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
