Senior Legal Counsel

The Opportunity

If you've spent your career drafting contracts nobody reads twice, this two-year role is worth a closer look. You'll sit inside complex, cross-disciplinary projects, advising on procurement, corporate structuring and energy law, not from the sidelines, but as part of the team making the calls.

The Role

  • Advise interdisciplinary project teams on procurement, contract and project-related legal issues, including procedures under Sector Regulation rules and EU-wide tenders
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation, and draft procurement-related decisions
  • Advise on corporate law matters connected to a German GmbH, including restructurings and the coordination that comes with them
  • Provide legal guidance across energy, contract and corporate law more broadly
  • Lead contract negotiations within procurement and project initiatives, contributing directly to complex, strategic outcomes

What You'll Need

  • Fully qualified lawyer, having passed the Second State Examination
  • Fluent English and excellent written and spoken German
