The Role Act as trusted legal advisor to group companies and business units across the commercial organisation. Support teams on product distribution, including software, and negotiate large-scale customer contracts. Review and negotiate procurement contracts. Develop legal frameworks for new business opportunities. Advise on special projects with group-wide impact. Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. What You'll Need Both German state law examinations (Volljurist). 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial, sales or procurement law.
