Legal Counsel The Opportunity Most in-house legal roles give you one of two things: scale or variety. This one gives you both. You'll be joining the legal team for a division that supports over one billion euros in turnover, as part of one of the world's largest businesses in its sector. But you won't be buried inside a huge legal department. The team you'll actually work with day to day is small, close-knit, and genuinely collaborative. That combination is rarer than it sounds. The Role You'll provide legal support across commercial and sales activity for one of the business's key European divisions, working closely with stakeholders at all levels. The work spans contract drafting and negotiation, day-to-day legal advisory, corporate governance, and increasingly, legal questions arising from AI-driven processes and implementations. That last point matters. This is a business actively investing in technology and change, and the legal team is involved in shaping how that happens, not just reacting to it. You'll also work across a broader European legal network of eight to nine people, which means peer support and cross-border perspective without the overhead of a bloated team structure. This is a senior in-house position covering the full breadth of employment and works council law across the group.
