About the Role

Labour Lawyer
Location: Düsseldorf

Our client is seeking an experienced Labour Lawyer specialising in employment and co-determination law to join a fast-growing healthcare network. This newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of all labour law matters and directly advise senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all employment law issues for the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Advise management, HR, and leadership on individual and collective labour law matters.
  • Support negotiations with works councils and oversee implementation of co-determination measures.
  • Lead and assist with legal proceedings, both judicial and extrajudicial.
  • Develop and maintain labour law policies, standards, and processes.
  • Coordinate external law firms on legal matters outside employment law (e.g., contract and corporate law).
  • Provide legal support for company-wide projects, especially during growth and change initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Exam).
  • Strong expertise in employment and co-determination law.
  • Ideally some knowledge of corporate law (desirable but not essential).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a solution-focused mindset and confident presence.
  • High level of self-responsibility, reliability, and organisational ability.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, agile, and growth-oriented environment.

Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel Location: Dusseldorf Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a growing portfolio of commercial and technology-driven business activities. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of contractual, regulatory, and strategic matters, working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment. You will take ownership of legal topics and help shape new products and business models. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities independently. Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
