Key Responsibilities Lead M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate projects from initial assessment through integration. Manage due diligence processes and provide clear, commercially grounded legal advice. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements. Advise on structuring, governance, and compliance matters. Coordinate with external counsel and manage cross-border legal workflows. Contribute to legal operations, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. Partner with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives. Your Profile Fully qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience in corporate or M&A law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal project management skills. Experience in cross-border transactions preferred. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting. Commercially minded with an interest in strategy, operations, or innovation. Background in regulated sectors is an advantage but not essential.
