The Role Lead group budgeting and forecasting, working with subsidiaries and running the scenario and variance analysis leadership relies on. Run monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation. Contribute to the IFRS group accounts. Own the monthly management reporting and keep improving it, plus ad hoc analysis for senior leadership. Set group-wide KPIs, maintain reporting policies and support the audit process. Act as lead business user for consolidation, planning and reporting systems, and help shape ERP rollouts and automation.
