Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support international IT Service Desk teams across 1st and 2nd level support.
- Drive service quality, process optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee incident, request and problem management processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams on IT operations topics.
- Monitor KPIs, reporting and service performance metrics.
- Manage external vendors and service providers.
- Support automation and self-service initiatives within the IT support environment.
- Contribute to broader IT transformation and operational improvement projects.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience within IT support or IT service management environments.
- Previous leadership experience within international or cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and service management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
