About the Role

Legal Counsel
Location: Graz, Austria

Our client, a leading global logistics provider, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The company develops innovative intralogistics solutions that optimise efficiency and sustainability across supply chain operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and update a range of contractual documents and templates.

  • Lead and manage international contract negotiations independently.

  • Advise management, sales, and account teams on legal and contractual matters.

  • Act as a liaison with external legal advisers and manage external counsel relationships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

  • Deliver legal training to commercial teams.

  • Support the harmonisation and standardisation of legal frameworks across global operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law or Business Law.

  • 3–5 years’ professional experience, ideally within an international company or commercial law firm.

  • Strong knowledge of international commercial and contract law.

  • Experience in IT law or digital regulatory topics is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with a structured, proactive mindset.
