Legal Counsel - Labour Law
Location: Hamburg

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel Labour Law to support employment law matters across an international business environment. This role focuses on advising leadership, HR and business stakeholders on a broad range of labour law and employment-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise management, HR and business teams on employment law matters.
  • Support the implementation of labour law measures and internal policies.
  • Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies and documentation.
  • Support disciplinary, termination and settlement-related processes.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors on international employment law matters.
  • Support employment-related due diligence activities within corporate projects.
  • Deliver training and guidance on labour law topics to internal stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications.
  • Several years of experience within labour or employment law environments.
  • Strong knowledge of individual employment law and related legal topics.
  • Experience advising stakeholders within dynamic business environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented and confident working style.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.

Senior Legal Counsel Location: Stockholm, Sweden Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a trusted legal advisor to a diverse, multi-entity business with both local and international operations. You will support commercial activity and operational functions by delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of matters.
