Advise on compliance topics such as IDD, GDPR, and AML. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Risk Management, Data Protection, and Compliance. Help strengthen and develop internal legal frameworks and policies. What you bring You are a fully qualified lawyer with commercial acumen and regulatory knowledge: Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen). At least 3 years PQE, ideally from an in-house role in tech, fintech, or digital platforms, or from a reputable law firm. Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law; regulatory experience (IDD, GDPR, AML) is a plus. Fluent in German and English. Pragmatic, business-oriented, and able to balance risk with commercial needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
