Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law.

  • Draft and negotiate complex contracts in sales and marketing, including international cooperation agreements.

  • Ensure the legally compliant marketing of products, reviewing advertising law requirements nationally and internationally.

  • Support product launches in Europe and global markets from a legal perspective.

  • Act as the legal contact for diverse departments and manage special legal projects.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with two above-average state exams.

  • Around two years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel.

  • Expertise in commercial and corporate law, IP law, competition law, or medical law in national and international contexts.

  • Strong advisory skills, acting as a trusted partner for internal teams.

  • High reliability, resilience, and excellent communication skills.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative projects.

  • Business-fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
