The Role Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents Support corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, drafting standard corporate documents, and liaising with government authorities Research Dutch laws and regulations and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders Handle compliance tasks, including policy updates, internal reviews, and monitoring legal developments Support legal matters throughout the product lifecycle Coordinate external legal support and prepare internal communications, presentations, and training materials What You'll Need A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dutch Law (LLB / LLM) 2 to 4 years' experience in a legal department or law firm Knowledge of Dutch legal frameworks Fluent Dutch and English

Background in-house or at a law firm with a focus on corporate/M&A. Transactional mindset — comfortable with acquisitions and commercial contracts. Solutions-oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced, lean team environment. Fluent in German and English.
