Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to take overall responsibility for legal matters across the DACH region within an international organisation. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive management and board-level stakeholders, providing pragmatic legal guidance and supporting strategic decision-making in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold overall responsibility for legal matters across the DACH region.
  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to executive management and board-level stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic advice on complex legal and commercial issues.
  • Oversee and coordinate external legal advisors at regional and international level.
  • Advise on IT law and technology-related legal topics.
  • Support strategic initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with international legal and business teams.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer (completed Second State Examination).
  • Significant post-qualification experience in an international environment.
  • Proven experience advising executive management and/or boards.
  • Strong expertise in IT law and technology-related legal matters.
  • Commercial, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English skills.
