Corporate Governance / Compliance Specialist
Location: Near Nuremberg - Hybrid

Join a global technology leader and play a key role in strengthening international compliance and governance frameworks. In this position, you will advise business functions, enhance compliance processes, and ensure adherence to global regulatory standards. Your work will help the organisation operate with integrity, transparency, and efficiency across all markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- 
	Serve as the primary contact for compliance and corporate governance matters. 
- 
	Develop, review, and refine internal compliance policies and processes. 
- 
	Implement new regulatory requirements and optimise the compliance management system. 
- 
	Conduct risk analyses and monitor mitigation actions across global operations. 
- 
	Manage and improve third-party due diligence and business partner audits. 
- 
	Expand and deliver compliance training programs internationally. 
- 
	Support whistle-blower and integrity systems and assist with internal investigations. 
- 
	Collaborate on cross-functional and international compliance initiatives. 
What you bring:
- 
	Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, relevant commercial vocational training. 
- 
	Several years of experience in compliance or corporate governance, ideally in an international company or consulting environment. 
- 
	Strong understanding of business processes, regulatory frameworks, and compliance systems. 
- 
	Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage. 
- 
	Excellent communication, analytical, and advisory skills. 
- 
	Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. 
- 
	Willingness to travel and engage in continuous professional development.
