Help strengthen and develop internal legal frameworks and policies. What you bring You are a fully qualified lawyer with commercial acumen and regulatory knowledge: Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen). At least 3 years PQE, ideally from an in-house role in tech, fintech, or digital platforms, or from a reputable law firm. Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law; regulatory experience (IDD, GDPR, AML) is a plus. Fluent in German and English. Pragmatic, business-oriented, and able to balance risk with commercial needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
