Location: Munich - Hybrid

What you’ll be doing

You will:
• Advise on complex antitrust and competition law issues across international business activities.
• Support M&A transactions, including merger control filings and regulatory reviews.
• Develop and implement global antitrust compliance programs and training initiatives.
• Manage internal investigations and ensure adherence to competition regulations.
• Deliver clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice to internal stakeholders and management.
• Oversee external counsel and ensure effective case management.

Your expertise will help the organisation navigate competitive markets confidently while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

What you bring

You are an experienced competition law professional with a strong commercial perspective:
• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials (state exams or equivalent international qualification).
• Several years of experience in antitrust or competition law within law firms, corporations, or regulatory authorities.
• Expertise in merger control and competition law with sound commercial insight.
• International exposure, such as an LL.M. or work abroad, is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive, and communicative working style.
• Fluent in English and German.
