Richard Brady joined MAM Gruppe today, taking on the role of Director of Contract Staffing and leading the firm's contract and freelance division across Germany.
Richard brings more than 20 years of experience in contract recruitment to the role. He has spent his career working with hiring managers and contractors across the technology space, and he has a clear view of what tends to go wrong in contract hiring and what makes it work. For clients, the priority is speed and qualification, getting the right specialist in front of them quickly, without the back-and-forth that slows most contract processes down. For contractors, it is straightforwardness: what is available, what it pays, what the engagement looks like.
Germany adds a specific layer of complexity that not every recruiter understands. Richard works across both engagement models common in the German market: Freelance (Freiberufler) and AÜG (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). Getting the model right is not optional.
