Jamie Sevenoaks

Jamie Sevenoaks is the Group Operations Director at MAM Gruppe, responsible for the systems, processes and infrastructure that keep the business running efficiently across its offices in London, Munich and Dubai.

Jamie's remit is broad. On the technology side, he has led MAM Gruppe's migration onto modern tech stacks, managing the change processes internally to ensure adoption was smooth rather than disruptive. He is currently overseeing the implementation of AI across the business, working to identify where artificial intelligence can genuinely improve the way MAM Gruppe operates rather than adding complexity for its own sake. Owning the company's data infrastructure is also central to his role, ensuring the datasets that underpin recruitment performance, client relationships and business analytics are accurate, structured and accessible to the people who need them.

Day to day, Jamie manages the commercial and contractual operations of the business, including contracts, invoicing and the financial mechanics that sit behind a high-performing recruitment agency. He also takes operational responsibility for MAM Gruppe's Dubai office, overseeing its day to day running as part of the group's wider international structure.

With eight years of prior recruitment experience before moving into operations, Jamie understands what good recruitment delivery looks like from the inside. That background shapes how he approaches every operational decision, with the recruiter and the client experience in mind, not just the internal process.

Jamie works closely with MAM Gruppe's Managing Directors and CEO to ensure the operational foundation of the business is fit for the growth the company is pursuing in the German market and beyond.
