They are looking for an experienced controlling professional to take on a senior business partnering role, supporting key business units and leading a small team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary finance business partner for your business unit, driving economic performance and serving as the first point of contact for all results-related matters. Lead and develop a team of 2–5 direct reports in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Deliver monthly performance analysis, identifying variances, risks and opportunities, and translating these into clear management recommendations.
