You'll sit within a specialist function supporting large-scale international projects, with a focus on commercial oversight and claims management. It's a role built for someone who wants to apply deep EPC commercial expertise to genuinely significant, complex projects rather than smaller-scale work. The Role Take commercial responsibility for EPC projects with a total value of €100m+ Manage projects across multiple international markets Oversee claims management processes throughout the project lifecycle Handle commercial aspects of EPC contracts, including negotiation and risk management Provide financial and commercial controlling for assigned projects Work closely with project execution teams to align commercial and delivery objectives The Company You'll be joining a business operating in the EPC sector, delivering large-scale international projects where the commercial function has real weight in how those projects are run. Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager This role covers the full commercial function on some of the largest capital projects in the country, from final settlement negotiations to the commercial approach to risk and cost across the full project lifecycle. It involves direct engagement with corporate decision-makers as well as project teams. Projects are delivered for clients in highly regulated, mission-critical industries, bringing significant risk exposure, tight margins and a fast pace. The Role Your quantity surveying background sits at the centre of this role. You'll lead the valuation, negotiation and resolution of change orders and claims across major subcontracts, drawing on strong measurement and cost analysis skills. You'll validate monthly cost-to-complete estimates, prepare budget performance and forecast-at-completion reports, and provide early-warning trend analysis based on detailed cost interrogation. Strong proficiency with SAP or a similar financial reporting system. Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project or similar project management software.
