Your Profile: Extensive experience in senior HR or HR transformation roles within complex, international organisations. Strong expertise in HR systems, digital HR transformation and HCM architecture. Solid understanding of HR operations, governance and compliance in an international context. Experience partnering with IT functions and managing system-related projects. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
