Senior Leadership Executive Development Partner (f/m/d) Location: Cologne – Hybrid A role that inspires you You will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership capabilities of senior executives and Board-level leaders within a leading international organisation. In this position, you will combine strategic program design with hands-on coaching, helping to develop leaders who drive business performance and organisational growth. What you’ll be doing You will: • Design, implement, and enhance global leadership development programs for senior and executive leaders. • Create and refine training concepts, materials, and methodologies aligned with corporate strategy. • Continuously evaluate and improve programs based on market trends and best practices. • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify individual development needs and create tailored learning solutions. • Deliver personalized coaching and development interventions for top executives. Your work will directly shape the capabilities and effectiveness of the organisation’s senior leadership, strengthening culture and performance across the business. What you bring You are an experienced learning and development professional with a focus on senior leadership: • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Extensive experience in leadership and executive development within large corporate environments. • Proven expertise in learning design, facilitation, and modern development methods. • Coaching or consulting certification preferred. • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English. • Structured, analytical, and empathetic working style with strong stakeholder presence. • Leadership experience is an advantage.
